We make it easy for our teams to do a good job. We provide an on-site communications book, so Vaile Office Cleaning (VOC)’s staff and our clients can communicate directly. An on-site working supervisor is allocated time to ensure that the specification duties are completed in full and that all equipment and materials are stocked at all times.

We train our staff thoroughly and make sure they have uniforms and photo ID cards: they look and feel confident and professional when they're working.
