Keeping control of a large number of staff working on different contracts in many locations requires a disciplined approach.

Vaile Office Cleaning (VOC) operate a five tier monitoring approach:

  1. Daily time attendance check sheets.
  2. Contract managers are contracted to spend a certain allocation of time at the sites. Contract managers will make formal site visits, training site visits and spot checks in order to ensure our staff are meeting the agreed service levels.
  3. Three monthly structured satisfaction telephone calls via Customer Services.
  4. Depending on the size of the sites, there will be 3 monthly, 6 monthly or Annual Contract review meetings with a Service Manager.
  5. Our trained supervisors will detect and action your cleaning requirements before you even notice them!
